HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer (via PayPal).

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

We offer a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 6-20 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
